Best CRE AI Tools 2026: 100 Tools Scored and Ranked by 9AI Score

The 9AI Score is BestCRE’s composite rating for commercial real estate AI software, expressed on a 0 to 100 scale. Every tool is scored on nine weighted dimensions: CRE relevance, data quality and sources, ease of adoption, output accuracy, integration and workflow fit, pricing transparency, support and reliability, innovation and roadmap, and market reputation. Each dimension is scored out of 10 and rolled into the composite. 100 tools have been scored to date.

Scores of 85 and above are Leaders: proven CRE-native data, transparent pricing and real integration depth. Scores of 70 to 84 are Contenders, usually strong in capability but thin in one dimension such as pricing transparency or support. Scores of 60 to 69 are Niche tools that solve one problem well. Below 60 is a Watch rating, typically early-stage products with limited track record. The current average across all rated tools is 77.7.
